Mark, this the second time in a week that I have apologized to the person seeking guidance in how best to handle the issue they are having with the seats and seating at Blue Oaks. Perhaps the old adage, "If you don't have something nice to say then don't say anything at all", Jose Trejo, Jaszi Carpenter, Dylan Stauffer. What happened to comman courtesy and respect. The advise I gave to another customer is to speak to management, not the ticket seller, and see how they are going to accommodate the guests that find the seats uncomfortable and the seating arrangement unacceptable for seniors as they do for disabled, Hopefully, with enough feedback from the guest they will come up with an acceptable solution.
I am not sure how to respond to that. I really like the new reclining seats and I like that we can reserve seats now KNOWING we will have a great seat. Maybe find another theater

I love the seats
It is stupid how they took the enjoyment of viewing movies by this seating arrangement. My family also doesnt like the seating. I havent been yet but it already sounds like a nightmare.
