I've never known Tropical smoothie Cafe to have alcohol in their smoothies. You can always check their app and customize your smoothie. That way you know for sure what's in your smoothie. If I was curious I would go to the website and check it out.
As far as I know, none of the drinks are made with alcohol but I'm not 100% sure
