Caveat emptor. This is a turn and burn operation with poor customer service, no follow-up nor a reasonable mechanism for remedying defects and complaints. They'll just ignore you altogether. They're characteristically low quality. They'll lie about their willingness to correct their botched jobs and never show up to fix what they say they'll fix. They cut corners on quality with shoddy paint jobs, poor carpet placement, appliances not lined properly aligned in cabinetry, and low-quality building materials. They have given attention to achieving a certain aesthetic appeal that's ultimately a mask for their overall low-quality construction. It costs money to correct these defects, and they'll simply ignore the customer invoking warranty service claims. You'd basically have to file a lawsuit and litigate to compel action. There's the saying "you get what you pay for" but with that said their home prices are not so inexpensive so as to justify their considerably diminished quality, so they're their rationale for basically skimping on quality is not because the customer is getting low-cost economical construction. They're clearly not aimed at repeat business and are just prone to chewing up a swathe of customers through seductive marketing, and misrepresentation, and then they move on to new prey to deceive.

We purchased a home by Logan Homes in Hampstead, NC. We were so excited. The first few days after moving in we had a leak under the kitchen sink that was brought to their attention to fix before closing. It was not done. The warranty company sent someone out. It wasn’t fixed. They had to send people out a total of 3 times to fix the leak under the sink. A couple of days later we noticed that the flooring was bubbling. They had a company come and rip up the flooring to find out the dishwasher was leaking. It did 15k worth of damages. We were without flooring for 2 to 3 weeks. We couldn’t use the dishwasher for 8 weeks. With a family of six it wasted so much water. It took them 7 weeks to get the island finshed. When they put in the new flooring they destroyed the linoleum in my bathroom so now it’s bunched and bubbled. They didn’t let the new flooring acclimate to the house so now it’s coming away from the wall bubbling and ripping off our baseboards. And then a few months ago. We told them the tub was soft and that it felt like you were going to fall over. They said it would take months to get it repaired. In the meantime my kid was taking a shower and the floor cracked open. A few weeks after that they sent a repair guy from the warranty company and he told me the tub had been repaired before and the repair was coming open. He said he had to put stuff in between the tub and the subfloor but there was a chance it would open up in the future. They can’t guarantee anything will last. So I told him no, that I want a new tub. Another month later the warranty guy calls me and argues with me about the hassle they have put us through saying I wasn’t being accommodating and that I won’t let him fix the tub. I was trying to explain that the tub has already been repaired before and that it cracked back open. I don’t want that to happen again that I don’t want to have this happen when my warranty is up and me have to pay for a brand new tub because of horrible work being done. He argued with me and told me to sell my house. DO NOT BUY A LOGAN HOME. WE WATCH THEM GET BUILT AND THEY ARE SO QUICK. WHEN THEY OPENED UP OUR ISLAND. THERE WAS FOOD INSIDE OF THE WALLS OF IT. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE. PICTURES TO FOLLOW. I had to post on my social media that I was going to contact an attorney and 10 minutes later I finally got a call from the warranty guy. Do but trust this company.
