I am from Nebraska here visiting friends, when my phone went out. I was fortunate enough to have Catherine assist me again! I came 1 1/2 years ago and had Catherine then as well. She was a delight and so helpful. I hate going to Verizon in Lincoln, they are never as good, I leave there disappointed each time because of the wait and then the aid they gave me did nothing for my phone at those times. Sad I have to wait to visit friends here in order to get the help needed. Catherine is calm, pleasant and very helpful! I think I’ll adopt her!😉

Not by any means I have found. Your best bet is always to call customer service and/or tech support to find out for sure if there is anyway to do so.
