Yes, they do! It is call side dishes, it is 8 pieces of fry shrimp! I had it while ago! It was great!

I don't think they do. It's either fresh or frozen.
I've never noticed it from through my checkout line during my time as a cashier. They have bags of frozen cooked shrimp though. You can probably call the store and ask to be transferred to the seafood department, and one of the seafood workers can confirm for you.
