Stayed a couple nights in one of the villas. Very spacious and comfortable. Needed more hooks, nowhere to hang your towels and stuff. Check in was great but they did leave a lot of questions to be answered. The back gate was always closed for us and access to pools and other areas wasn't too clear. The spa is the main draw here. Everything in there was super swanky. Not my cup of tea, but it was nice.

This was a very anticipated day of leisure for me and four very good friends. The facial I had was wonderful and all my friends massages were wonderful too. But, the sauna was not working which was a disappointment and when we wanted to purchase lunch at the juice bar we were surprised to see to slim offerings. No sandwich’s or wraps. We just wanted something light. So, we purchased two small containers of mediocre hummus with chips for five women and two bags of potato chips. This type of food kind of defeats the purpose of going to a spa. Potato chips? On top of it I was charged $22.08 for the hummus plate alone. I will not be returning to this spa. They have the facial part right but need to work on the whole body experience which includes nourishment for the body. I was told by the accounting office that a 21% surcharge and tax was added to the hummus plate in the food bar area. It took 1 minute for the girl to put a scoop of hummus on the plastic plate and hand it to me at the service bar. No one waited on us. The extra charges are absurd. I already paid a spa entrance fee and service charge for the spa. Don’t nickel and dime your customers for the little extras that are part of the spa day. It reflects poorly on you our business. This was my first time at the spa but my friends were there many times in the past. They too will not be returning.Remember what type of business you are in and your customers. We came to be pampered but walked away dissatisfied and disappointed.

This review is for the hair salon only. I arrived for my appointment a half hour early as my confirmation email requested, but there was no one in the salon and the door was locked. I waited standing in the hallway until my stylist showed up at my appointment time. We discussed that I wanted a little trim with light layers and a color. She decided we should do the cut first so we wouldn't by dying hair that would just be cut off, which I had never heard of before. She lightly sprayed my hair with water and started cutting. I lost some significant length and then she started on the layers. When she stopped and asked what I thought it was incredibly choppy and she had completely missed a bunch of hair that had been stuck under the cape. She said she wasn't done, took the cape off and went back to cutting. In an attempt to fix and blend the heavy layers she just kept cutting and it kept getting worse. My hair was completely dry at this point and I was covered in the clippings. I was down about 5 and a half inches in length and my shortest layer was at least 3 inches shorter than that. I got up and left. I don't think I would have had any hair left if I had let her keep going. I went to the lobby and one of the receptionists got a manager for me while i cried in her office. The receptionists and the manager were all very nice and understanding. I did not have to pay. I was able to get an appointment at another salon the next day and they did their best to fix it. My hair grows super slow so it's going to be years before I get my length back and the heavy layers just look awful. Just go somewhere else to get your hair done.

I'm basing this rating on the outstanding customer service given by the manager of the spa, Kelsey. I had a girls trip with 4 of my friends this past weekend. They were all so happy with their services but me. I didn't want to complain, but for the amount of money I spent, I expected much more. I spoke with Kelsey about it and she immediately rectified the issue. She booked me for another massage the following day and comped my first massage. The second massage, with Maria B, was amazing! she listened to my requests and even identified issues I had and gave me suggestions on how to fix them. We loved walking around the Inn in our robes, especially while having lunch at the pub...which was delicious! Only complaints I have, the pool was a little cold so we spent the time at the hot tub and they ran out of coffee by 10am. Otherwise, successful girls trip!
