Clean, accessible, well-stocked fruit and vegetable section, delicious, sushi, in-house bakery, fish and chips, pizza and Stromboli, rotisserie soups (delicious) and friendly pharmacy. This supermarket also has a nicely furnished dining nook where one can enjoy the home-made fare. The management recently added a self-checkout area staffed by helpful employees. Good move. As costs go, Big Y is on the upper end of the scale, but the comparatively "better" shopping experience might justify it.

Clean and very organize... everything you would need in one store.. This is the 2nd time I have visited this store..can't say enough about it..took a few picture...I noticed that all the employees are hard workers and very friendly and seem to know everything about their store...Thank you for taking the time to write this review about our Norwich location, Jean!
