We are Diamond members with Hilton who have never had a complaint. We heard from many people how nice this Hampton was. We were just staying one night. The gentleman at the desk was very nice. After getting to the first room (209) all seems okay until in the bathroom we realized there was half used shampoo and on the floors were a bunch of ants. The manager Colleen was great and immediately moved us to a room on the 4th floor. We asked in and the toilet was very dirty and their was spiders in the bathtub. Colleen was mortified and then moved us to the 5th floor in which she went with us to inspect. This room was clean yet the housekeeper had thrown their mask in the garbage and the door to the bathroom was hard to move. We ended up staying in this room for the night as it was now midnight. In the morning the manager Nicole refunded the money portion of our stay but not the points. She was very nice and apologetic and we certainly appreciated the service from Colleen and Nicole but was very disappointed after staying in Hiltons for so many years that more than one of the rooms were in such disarray. We will not be giving up on Hilton yet we hope they step up their game when it comes to taking care of their rooms.

Check in was great experience, staff was professional and very attentive. The complementary breakfast was very well prepared. The View/Location of the facility not so great is at right next to a cementary. The room needs some work the entertainment center was broken, as well as the tub and the pillows on the bed needed to be changed they were yellow and had no cushion to them. The overall facility was very clean.

One of the best Hamptons I have stayed at. Nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff. The Pool is the best. Salt water pool is so refreshing. Hot tub was beautiful with waterfall. The pool room was amazing with the curtains and furniture.

Everything all around was great!! The hotel is spotless. You walk through the door and you can smell how freshly clean everything is. The new manager Jesse I believe that’s his name was fantastic on top of everything to make sure things were running smoothly. The pool and Jacuzzi area were also spot less. The whirlpool was my favorite. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The breakfast was great! The coffee fresh all day!! Will stay here again. 5 minutes from Mohegan and 17 from Foxwoods. Price was great too!! Definitely worth the money!! Thank you for such great stay.
