No, parking is not free at Circle Center
Very limited parking for free and only on the weekend. For it to be more secure I would recommend one of the garages for the mall. It's only a couple of dollars for 2 or 3 hours unless it's game day for a Pacers or Colts game. During baseball season sometimes they will have a rise during peak times as far as price is concerned. But they are very well surveillanced so for the money it's a good piece of mind to pay the few extra dollars
