There are 4 floors. And spans 3 city blocks

Four. The first floor is not continuous from end to end, but is broken up around the different street-side entrances and exits. With some exceptions, the first floor is for table service restaurants, the second and third are your more traditional mall thoroughfare of shops, and the fourth floor is mostly filled by the arcade and movie theater.

Basically there is one floor but it is elevated over the stores on the street and has different elevations and covers several blocks...
