No dress code but collared shirt for men and dress/blouse for women would be encouraged. It is warm in there during the summer so I wouldn't recommend long sleeve thick garments or sports coat/blazer during summer months.
No. But minimum appropriate attire would be at least jeans and a decent shirt. Business casual more so. You will certainly see people dining there on Friday or Saturday evenings dressed very nicely.
