I received the wrong order after waiting in line for one hour at the Dixie Queen on gpkway after I got home. So the next morning I went in and spoke to the manager Lashay, I think that was her name, showed her my receipt that I had paid 15.00 for 10 wings and received nachos instead. She wasn’t hearing it and said you need to contact the manager for that shift very rudely and abrupt. Where is the customer service people?
I am not sure & I drove from Highpoint area just for Dixie Queen & that day they had the worst customer service I ever had there
