“Ghetto” is a noun, not an adjective. So what do you really mean?
I've never been inside this one, but I always order at the window and the ladies seem to be really nice and polite. I have been to others, especially on Mt Moriah in Hickory hill, and it is ghetto fabulous, with attitudes and old dried out hot wings. I'm surprised at the reactions for the Cordova one!! Just my opinion!
My opinion is that it starts with the hiring process to notify future employees to be polite to customers but this place was heavily anticipated and workers were hired with haste, along with learning routines and adjusting..give 'em some time they will improve
