Got back into town late and wanted something to tie me over till breakfast. The first place said their kitchen was closed. So we went across the street and waited in line for about an hour. The fries were very good while the burger, though small, was pretty good. Had I known the burger would be that small, I would have opted for the double.

Last time I was there on May 20th at around 1pm. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. I guess the lady that asked if we wanted cheese sauce or American sliced cheese on our fish must have been a manager. She was on point, Great customer service!!! 5 stars for the 20th! Today, about 30 minutes ago we went and the food was bad. Fish was not nearly as good and I got a metal taste from my slushie. I like Dixie Queen, but the experience today was not a good one.

Not worth it. Expensive (10 party wings for $12.99 with no sides or drink)!! Extremely long line and wait. Nasty cold (okay, lukewarm) TOUGH wings with tons of room temp sauce dumped on top. Ugh! When they first opened, everything was fresh and good. Simply terrible now. I won't be back.

If you don’t like your job go to school to better yourself instead of being rude and nasty to customers. I received the wrong order after waiting in line for one hour at the Dixie Queen on gpkway after I got home. So the next morning I went in and spoke to the manager Lashay, I think that was her name, showed her my receipt that I had paid 15.00 for 10 wings and received nachos instead. She wasn’t hearing it and said you need to contact the manager for that shift very rudely and abrupt. Where is the customer service people?
