I don’t even know where to start… We ordered an appetizer and in our ranch sauce, there was receipt paper!! Totally unsanitary. The waiter went and got the GM and he brought out new food. When our food finally came out, our chicken tenders were hard to chew and our fries tasted like they had been fried in old grease! I told our waiter and she asked if I wanted her to get the GM, but there was no point, because they weren’t going to just up and change the grease. Everything was honestly disgusting and I won’t be visiting this location ever again… Utterly ridiculous!!

The manager named sherlyn is not professional whatsoever. I ordered my food and it took 1 hour , I ordered a drink and I never received it. when they gave me my food they were supposed to give me buffalo sauce and they never brought it. I talked to sherlyn and she told me she was going to bring me the sauce, I waited for 15 minutes and never received it at all! Not to even mention that it was only 3 TABLES and there was no silverware,napkins nor anything.I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager and even after that I asked her to take my plate and she had an attitude, snatched it and started talking about me to her little friends at the bar about me. They would refuse to give me my ticket I even had to go ask the lady cleaning up to give me my ticket! Horrible manager and service😡🤬🤮! It’s sad that because of employees and managers like her, businesses are going down.

I guess this place fell victim to the way of the land too. We walked in with only 3 tables seated in the entire restaurant. I'm talking about 4pm on a Saturday. But there were about 8 people in the lobby waiting. I don't know how long they had waited but we stood there at least 5-7 minutes and still no one greeted us. We ultimately decided to just leave and find another place for dinner. I always roll my eyes when my husband suggest eating here because it's always something! We are just gonna quite trying!
