The water pumps did not work when i was there over the 4th of July weekend. They appear to be hand operated pumps but water did not flow from there.
There is water available through a pump at certain camp sites but not at every camp site. There is no power anywhere at the location to my knowledge. It is tent camping only. It's first come first serve every day on availability so no guarantees for a holiday weekend.
