Good place for a short hike. Too few camping spots, but then again that may be why it's so peaceful here.

Such an awesome little campground! We brought our two furbabies here for their very first camping trip and we were not disappointed. …

Lake has some moss growing in it. Trails were not kept open very well. Lake view is beautiful.

The water pumps did not work when i was there over the 4th of July weekend. They appear to be hand operated pumps but water did not flow from there.
You can bring a generator and it is pet friendly
Fish or walk around lake trails most of the way but you will most likely see a snake and there is a dam on one side has a walkway across it lots of fun for cub and boy scouts!
Yes
Definitely no electricity, functioning water spouts were hit or miss. Sites generally have tent platform, picnic table, fire ring, and a tall pole for hanging dromedaries or lanterns. Cell phone coverage was very sparse, my friend on Verizon had limited access, and I had spotty access on Google fi.
