You can stop by during business hours and ask to see the dog in a larger room or in an enclosure outdoors. In both cases a staff person will accompany you and answer any questions you may have.
They also have photos and some videos of adoptable dogs on their website.
In most cases you just go in and see the dog. I'm sure you can call to set up an appointment also.
