Hendrix installed an electronic filtration system in the furnace/AC duct outlet to reduce pollen levels in the house. Everything went well and we are already enjoying a much better environment (fewer sneezes). We've worked with Hendrix for years and have always enjoyed superior service.

REVISED: The owner of the company contacted me (see below) and we were able to come to agreement and work it out. They reimbursed me for my time and materials at a fair rate and apologized for the mix-up during installation. We discussed the issue of them limiting their area due to the high price of gas etc. I understand their situation but still think that as an existing customer they would have made an exception. Anyway issue resolved to my satisfaction. If I could give the 0 stars I would. The salesman came and discussed purchase with myself and my wife and helped with the paperwork for a rebate from our electrical. He discussed with me location and installation and how straight forward and easy it would be. After purchase agreement was made and paid when the installer came, things were quite different. The location for the outside unit required modification and building materials that were not discussed by the salesman. I had to spend several hours assisting the installer get the unit set including personally providing hardware and building materials of my own that were out of my own pocket. I did complain and received a small refund from them which was far less than what it cost me in materials and labor. After installation the unit worked fine. I received the first annual maintenance free as stated in the contract. Now because of the pandemic I am past due for a service so I called to schedule and they quoted me a ridiculous price because of the distance from their business to my house which I was never informed would be a problem when I purchased the unit from them and a month and a half out to schedule said maintenance. When I complained the phone just went silent and then after me asking if someone was still there, the person came back on and said if I had a problem with it I could call around and find another certified company that was less expensive if I wanted. I did and found another very reputable company that can be here in one week and the price is $150.00 less for the same service. This company is interested in selling their product for sure and will promise you the moon to make the sale, but when it comes to after purchase service, maintenance or customer service there is NONE. Stay Away! Worst Company Ever!

I wish I had the names of the two gentlemen who came to service my heat pump today. They were very respectful prompt, and efficient. The more experienced one took great care to both train the younger worker. He was a good listener and answered all my questions. He even went beyond my questions and gave me helpful additional information. I will definitely refer people to the Hendrix Heating and my faith in the company is 100% restored based on my last two service calls.

Gabe arrived within the time frame promised. He was courteous and pleasant. He inquired if we wanted him to wear a mask for Covid protection. He automatically put on shoe covers to protect floors from dirt/mud - which was appreciated. He explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. When he found a problem with system he explained the problem so that we were able to understand the issue. He was able to fix the issue in a timely manner. When we asked him questions he was able to explain the answer well. Overall, it was good service provided by the Hendrix team and especially Gabe, the technician. Thank you!

Our diagnostic fee is $110. Once the technician has diagnosed the issue, he will let you know what will be involved in the repair and how much it will cost.
