I took my dog to get a hair cut and to grind his nails. I left the shop and my dog was bleeding a lot from one of his paws. I was never informed that anything happened while completing the service. When I called to inquire the staff member was really rude and durecpeftul after indicating that "he forgot to inform me of the incident, and that accidentally happen". I will never bring my dog to that place, they are very unprofessional and rude to the costumers and the pets too.
