No only in vacations
The Boomtown KOA is a pretty good place--clean, kept-up well, staff is friendly. Showers, laundry room & hot tub, close half-hour before office does, which is at 6pm, so that can be inconvenient, at the least. Many people do rent by the month there, however, price varies widely depending on type of space (back-in or pull-through), what type of power (30 or 50 amp) needed, size of rv, number of pets & people who'll be staying there, etc. So it is DEFINITELY best to call them. And they are the only KOA in the Reno area, at least that I'm aware of, pretty familiar with the majority of RV Parks in areas of Sparks, Reno, Carson City, Dayton, Minden, Silver Springs....
I rented there monthly not too long ago. Might just give them a call though.
