There's a charge to park ANY rv at KOA; they're an "RV Park", it's business. Up the hill, in Boomtown's "18-wheeler/semi-truck parking" section, you can park your rv for approximately 36 hours, at no charge and without being harassed by Security, as long as you are NOT "camping", which they define as "spending more than 1/2 hour per 24 hour period." But if they (Security) see you inside, they WILL come and inform you there's NO CAMPING ALLOWED, in that area. You can tell them you're staying at the hotel, but you run the risk of them checking with the Front Desk. Hope this helps, at least a LITTLE bit.

Yes they do. May be fee based for a spot depending on your needs. Maybe park at local casino at no charge if your only going to park.
