We have visited Red Robin many times, and the only time we had a problem the manager took care of it. We've been very pleased since.
I had the same experience. That had not been the case in the past. I was disappointed in the poor food quality. Can no recommend this as a good burger place
An email would be best. The manager will do something.
In these cases I usually send an email to the company. It's not as easily ignored. 😉
