Was Just inside Party City a few minutes ago.Friday May 13th1:50 p.m. in Willoughby. They were not taking any balloon orders even though my son only wanted one. Going in there in the past and never had a problem just getting one. The Dollar Tree was out of helium so we thought we would try Party city about a balloon. Never again will I be in here. The cashier was very rude to my son
