They try not to honor their WARRANTIES. But It's cool when your spending money. Try to return, oh they LOOK at you like your CRAZY/ WRONG. Seems like return policy needs to be regularly updated/addressed because customers should not have to fill degraded/bad for returning furniture that's in required guidelines of return policy date. For the supervisors/managers/workers you don't own nothing so STOP STOP being that way; because if the shoe was on the other foot you would expect the same regarding your return/warranty. SMH shame on you!!!

Always enjoy chatting with 30 year employee named Cheryl. She is a cashier at Big Lots in Willoughby and is known as "Big Lots Cheryl" because people recognize her by her Big smile and laughter.
