Recently my mother became very ill and was in an out of the mental hospital. She was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder and didn’t know who she was anymore. I became very concerned and I knew that I needed to step in and take care of her. Susan answered all of my questions and concerns in a very detailed and timely manner. She walked me through the entire process of being granted sole conservatorship over my mom so that the state of California did not step in and take control of her and what happens to her. I was very overwhelmed by everything going on and Susan really helped put my mind at ease.
