Food was good. The store doesn’t answer phones after 9:00p; I’ve tried to call many times to leave a tip for the driver since I paid with my card and he didn’t bring a receipt. The store didn’t answer the phone from 9-9:30p , I called the next day and they answered and said with it being the next day they can’t take a tip to give to him. Now with tht being said, the driver missed out on a tip he really deserved, all due to the business not answering the phone.

Great customer service! I haven't had pizza hut in years because of healthier choices but we ordered a pizza with grilled chicken and fresh vegetable and it was delicious!!

Food contamination: Ordered mushroom pizza. Asked for a clean cut on my pizza since I am a vegetarian. Guess what I got on my pizza! Chicken!

This is my local pizza hut that I FREQUENT. Today I ordered the EXACT SAME thing I always do; a large pizza with extra cheese. I was charged $4 more than I usually am, but I thought, no big deal because the convenience of curbside pickup was worth it (having my child in a car seat and the cold weather). We pulled into the restaurant and there were about 4 cars in the lot right by the 3 curbside pickup signs. Keep in mind, no one was in these cars. Due to the snow I didn't want to try to wedge my car in between these cars so I parked approximately 20 feet from front door of restaurant in the next available parking spot. When the lady walks out with our pizza she VERY RUDELY says "wow" and shakes her head. She then pointed out the curbside signs (which I obviously saw) and I explained my parking situation to her. I really wish I KNEW HER NAME and that my 6 year old wasn't in the back seat. Sadly I will NEVER be ordering from this location again. I, too, work in the service industry and this woman's behavior was 100 percent uncalled for. B.I.T.C.H
