Steak and shake in etown ky is a joke. Waited to be seated for 10 min. Was never acknoledged. Waiters and waitresess just walked past never said a word. SERVICE SUCKS.
Laziness is the factor to this place, open seats plenty of staff and everyone was just walking around and smoking outside...hope they change something soon.
Why is this place so terrible continually? Must be management as the staff continually changes. Thoughts?

Service at this location is horrible, I've been here a few times because of the hours I work- they're the only ones open. It usually takes 30 minutes to get out of the drive through. Will not be back.
Does anyone think it's nasty to go into a restaurant and see the underwear of the person COOKING food? We went to Steak and Shake a few minutes ago and left after having to see the cook's underwear. 🤮
