Steak and shake in etown ky is a joke. Waited to be seated for 10 min. Was never acknoledged. Waiters and waitresess just walked past never said a word. SERVICE SUCKS.

That seems to be a common problem with all of their stores. You can go one time and get great service, but another day and it's completely screwed. It has to be a corporate issue as I have heard other locations with similar stories. I like their food, but it is a coin flip at any location when it comes to service.

Service at this location is horrible, I've been here a few times because of the hours I work- they're the only ones open. It usually takes 30 minutes to get out of the drive through. Will not be back.
