I don't actually know about what you are asking. I drive a dump truck to the landfill. I make 4 deliveries per day, 5 days a week. 4 M S D. Out of Louisville, Kentucky. I am not sure about what you actually need. I am very sorry, Sir.

There is rock under all that mud, so you probably won't get hung up. But after a rain I would use the word "sloppy", instead of muddy.
If you bring a pick-up, u can dump in a semi trailer fairly close to the scale. If u bring a trailer, u have to drive it all the way in the back where the garbage trucks dump. Even if u have a very small trailer. Usually its $15 dollars and some change minimim.
