Why do you allow your male workers to wear their pant below their butts? I don't care to see their underwear when I come in your store!

I don't like to see it anywhere. It's a really dumb fashion. How can they walk around like that? I've even seen them holding their pants while they're walking. That can't be practical.

Make a complaint directly with the District Office. I believe you would get a different answer.

As with the small boutique stores where employees wear store items to encourage sales of the same. When young employees display clothing both outer and underwear it is to boost sales as fashion dictates.

If Wal-Mart allows that then they should allow ppl to work there in their PJ's . I mean if ur gonna wear clothes then wear em right. If not stay home. It's sad ppl do stuff like that.

I feel it is Wal-Mart's fault, because they allow it to happen!

Im sure they have a dress code but do not enforce. Not sure as the why seems they would like employees to look and act professional in which case they are far from either of those things. Good point to bring to the attention of management if ot would do any good.

Probably because Wal-Mart is afraid if they told employees to do that all his coworkers would gang up and kill you after work

it's against dress code, hard to really put that on walmart
