These apartments are the ghetto of Lakeland/Cordova. I moved here from Nashville during the pandemic for work thinking these apartments were safe and in a good neighborhood. Boy was I wrong. My apartment got broken into not once but twice. …Carissa, our team works hard to create five-star homes for all our residents, so it’s disappointing to see your negative perception of our community. I have lived here for a little over a year. The trash is absolutely ridiculous. It smells horrible and is always running over. …We're discouraged to read this review. Our team wants nothing more than for our residents to enjoy the place they call home. We’re sorry to see your resident care experience has fallen below your expectations as we strive to openly and effectively communicate changes such as emergency shut-offs to all our community members. We work hard to keep our community in tip-top shape, though we also rely on our residents to clean up after themselves as well as alert our team of any problem areas that might require extra attention. So far living at Houston Levee Apartments has been a very nice experience for my very first apartment. The staff has been very kind, respectful, responsive whenever I need them, and very helpful. I haven't received any problems, just a few small damages in the apartment from the people who lived there before me, but fortunately the staffing here is A1 and they were able to send someone out ASAP to come repair the small damages and even replace some! Very nice area to live in and is within distance of all of the local stores that you might visit weekly, sometimes daily. AMAZING customer service and look forward to staying for a while.
