You can park in the public parking right on the bluff for free. Please note, if you park there you will have to walk a good amount to get to the beach. Not like city blocks or anything but still, you'll walk (down/up the ramp or stairs provided). If you park at the beach parking lot, it will be $12 for the day. It's closer and more convenient.
There is plenty of parking
There are several lots next to the beach and some that require more walking. It's roughly 10 - 15 bucks a day.

Weko Beach was very nice just south of St Joseph and plenty of parking
