I ordered some footlockers on the website and am having them shipped to the ravenna store for pickup. where do I need to go or what do I need to do to pick them up at that location/store?

Wihen you walk in near the grocery side there is a check-in kiosk that you can put your information in and someone will bring you your item.

When you walk in the store on the grocery side, beside the self checkout on the end there is an area, in orange. A kiosk with touch screens where you enter your info and someone will bring your merchandise to you

Same as all Wal-Marts. Go to cutomer service desk when u walk in.

Is the pickup area in the front of the Ravenna store? I think I saw it the other day while I was in there.

They have the pick up area in the as you walk in go to the as you are going to customer service there will be a waiting area. Make sure you have all the information and let someone know that you are picking up.

Call and ask if your shipment has arrived.. Then asked if and when will it be available for pick up
