Portage county (KPOV) is a great county airport. They have self-serve 100LL, A 3500-ft runway with good approaches on both ends, A courtesy car, and a small breakfast bar that is open on the weekends.

Great place, peaceful, great people, hoping the bagels return soon, only place to get better bagels most likely somewhere on east coast, maybe, haven't found it yet!!!!

You might find a couple instructors and airplanes for rent if you hang around a bit and are lucky, but no dedicated operation. Rumor has it that a flight school may be opened here soon though.
