I was a cook and service assistant at this location, very disappointing...I often refilled coffee and drinks whether I was supposed to or not. Probably all part of why I left. They weren't concerned about customers or employees!
She obviously was being rude. You should let a manager know
I found out the manager doesn't know how to set a thermostat. That is why it feels like a freezer when you go inside.
