Overall been there a couple times . The manager is very nice an helpful however many times I've went an they get my order wrong ,forget something or if I ask for inferno they give me mild an will always give opposite .

Went to through the drive-thru the girl parked me I stand for mild salsa they brought me inferno they brought me a dirty glass so I told him they changed it and then they brought it with a broken lid

The service is good here. Unfortunately, they charged me for a substitution on salad dressing when I let them know I'm allergic to the dressing they normally serve with the chicken salad. There wasn't much flavor to the salad either.

Why does it say drive thru open 24 hours when it is not? This and the Del Rosa spot are the worst. Terrible customer service and closes the drive thru when ever they want. Take the 24 hour drive thru sign down if it's not true.

You have to get ahold of there customer service via email or live chat. It's kind of difficult to achieve but it's the only way. I had to go through it when I didn't receive a online order due to a unplanned covid lock down. Good luck
