Noone spoke up to get my order. I had to ask if they were ready. I ordered a vegan burrito with added lettuce and tomato because it only came with beans and rice. There was one small sliver of lettuce that you could barely see and no tomato! When I bit into it I thought I was eating a nasty Taco Bell burrito. It had the same sauce!! Very disappointing!!!!

Super slow drive thru. Long time just to order sitting at the kiosk. Nice large coke, but don't expect a straw. Much room to improve.

Born and raised on Bakers so I can tell you it’s soooo annoying how their taste and service has fallen off. The old lady with curly hair messes up my order and after attitude and giving me the fries I order this is what they give me. She shoved napkins on top so we couldn’t tell. The management is not the best either after messing up a 2nd time Mat offers me an order or fries on my next visit. With that old lady being there as long as she has you would expect better work ethic.

Greeted immediately as we walked in the door, cashier waited patiently as we looked at the menu. Food was good and came out in a reasonable amount of time. Very courteous and helpful.
