This place is in a bad area , I’ve been here 3 times and all 3 times homeless people stand right in the front of the intercom and to make it worse they take a very long time , this place needs some serious cleaning up. Today is the last time I come here because of the possibility of them attacking me for not giving them money or food. This is sad but it’s reality.

System Errør

If I could I'd rather this place lower. Only for the disrespect of a cashier with braces to bee moody and with such an attitude. When I asked for more sauce with my order that took 30 minutes to even get out in the first place. I figured they were busy and let it slide but that cashier really unprofessional smelled of weed. Had no respect for customers or employees working with her. She was cussing at them and also giving them sas in the back while giving me my order. I've had one other experience with her and I'll say she shouldn't be there. Really rude.

For the second time the guy at the drive thru seems to be mental challenged. Apparently he's the shift manager. At this point if you can't manage to take a simple order at the drive thru it bothers me to the quality of food preparation of employees.

If I can give this place no star at all I would. The so call manager needs some serious training, took 30 minutes to get my order even though I ordered online. Got there and after 10 min I asked how long would it take for my order to be ready their response was that they haven’t even started with it. I asked for a refund and the manager had the audicity to give me an attitude and was talking under neith her breath and still didn’t know what she was doing she had to ask one of her employees to do it for her, never again coming here. Taco Bell corporate has to really look into this location!
