I always like the taste. Once in a while I crave it so I don't mind the high price. Customer service has been good so far ; they need more employees in the morning. I rate this location 3 stars because : parking lot is too small , vanilla iced coffee don't taste like vanilla. Every mcD's I've been to has the same problem with vanilla iced coffee

Management had a terrible audited because we had stated we would wait the 2 minutes for a ice coffee in the drive-thru so we could verify our order was correct. He ended up telling us to go off and wasn't going to give us the order simply because we just wanted to make sure it was right

I don't know about the hours I visited during the afternoon. What you could do is call an see if that's the new norm. Hours an advise them about changing the hours on the web site.
