They wont give you the numbers because of their bad service. They say call the number on the wall which is the number for their own store. Call corporate number instead on the website so the complaint goes to the owner of the franchise
I went with my kids today at McDonald's n i was told by one of the staff idk who tst i wasn't allowed on the kids gym i told them tst i have a 1 year old who is a baby n might fall.

I have seen this same issue at a McDonald's in Yucaipa, and one in San Bernardino. This is due to short-staffing, that's the inability to serve the number of customers sometimes present, well enough to keep everybody taken care of.
Terrible service from all the employees, they take a while to prepare the food, standing around watching and, for a change, a very bad attitude towards the client.
