This It's the worst customer service the rude they closed their lobby 2 hours earlier than what they have posted on their sign that's why people don't go there it's one of the worst in San Bernardino

This place sucks if it aint one thing it's another most nights they say they cant take cards only cash this is suspect i think the works pocketing the money so they can come up than i stop there right now im hungry as hell they say they're not open

I'd this the one with the smallest parking ever? Complain to 800 number during regular business hours. A live person you will speak with and the owner is informed right away. Because they call them. You will probably get a gifcard of some sort of token from that location. I believe recognitn and commendation is great when it us deserved. Complaints should also 've taken to improve what is supposed to be a happy place. Ronald McDonald's is the name not whoever doesn't feel like working at the counter or drive thru.

yeah at McDonald at 2 a.m. in the morning and close that don't sound right unless they wasn't a 24 hours, But you should have called corporate on them and complain to them as far as the situation, and then you went back and it was still closed , yeah something going on but if I were you I would call corporate

I went there two cars in front of me took me 20min to get my food n wen I got to the window I asked if my food wasn’t cold they said it was still hot when I go my food already drivin off my food was cold I had to go homewarm my food up gave wrng sauc
