I guess if people with disabilities stopped shopping there then maybe they would see just how many customers are in need of them. It also pisses me off to see young people who are lazy riding around in them when a person who truly has a disability is need of them. I guess I will take my business elsewhere. I'm usually in Walmart 10 times a month an Everytime I have to wait for a cart. No matter what time of day it is.
Why do you feel it is incumbent upon the store(s) to provide them? Bring your own. As for Lori's comment about boycotting the store, I don't imagine they will miss the .0000000000000000000001% loss of revenue.
So many people use the carts that are not disabled. Groups of kids riding around the store, 3-4 at a time on one cart. They are left outside, not plugged in and there is no oversight of who uses & abuses them. I’m not talking about people with hidden disabilities, you cannot judge someone’s need, I’m talking about joy riding and fooling around while people in need sit in the front waiting. By the time they are available, there’s no charge left.
We actually have 7 that work
I think thats an on going problem at alot of the capital region ones.from queensbury to hudson its the same mess. The only half way decent amount of rider carts is the giant albany store.
