For sure service animals, it's a trolley car in size...id say just for others safety...muzzle the dog.....but we really don't have to take our pets everywhere, do we?.....btw, I have 3 dogs and love them dearly...
Fyi: the wagon doesn't have front windows. Any pet can jump out if not in leash. Be mindful of people with allergies. You can drive to the top and walk your dog in the park. Ruby falls doesn't allow pets.
