Yes, I used a wheelchair on my trip. The ticket office will explain where to wait because you need to take 1 car over another so that you end up on the side with the elevator at top. Everyone was so nice and helpful. You must be able to walk on/off and your wheelchair must fold-up.

You can take your standard wheelchair, no motor wheelchairs. You must be able walk on train .
