It has always been difficult to get someone in the phone.
Eventually, they will put you on hold for a long time. If you are close its better just to go to the store.
I have been calling when they dold me some old & defective earphoned & Blue tooth speakers that smelled of mold & charging adapter short circuit & fried on me after 1 st charge 3-17-2017 Happy St. Patrick's day to me. Most of that stuff is old & they are still trying to get top dollar for years old technology. Always remember Technology changes every 6 months so its not ever Kool to pay full price for technology even if its brand new in the box never touched because they already have the Galaxy S10 Plus out once the Note 10 drops see how much they sell the New Flagship phone for. No phone in there is worth $1,000 on any planet. It can't drive us to work or anything. We can get a Limousine for a whole week $1,000 with a chauffeur think about it. Best Buy is a grownup version of Toys R Us & always over priced. I want my money back for this $285 molded old Garbage you all sold me.
