Best Buy does its best to hang on. They don't have the same draw they once did, but there's still a decent amount of tech to look through. The employee that assisted me was helpful, even though the selection of what I was looking for was limited.

Bought a few things from here without any problems. It's a good best buy with helpful staff. Not much to say. It's a Best Buy. Had curbside pickup which is very nice. Order online and pick up is very easy.

I purchased a dryer online to be delivered out of this store. They claim that they called and texted when they arrived. They didn't. They never showed up. I rescheduled. Again, they didn't show. So...I re-rescheduled the delivery. And wouldn't you know it? No call, no show. So I cancelled the order and will buy elsewhere. The only reason they get two stars instead of one is that the CSR didn't argue with me about cancelling the order.

The best buy people don't wait on you half the time at all.
They never answer their phones and the prompts are useless. I use to work for a best buy service center and the stores wouldn't even answer the phone for us.

Yes they do have many computer parts if you download Best Buy application from the Play Store you can check the product availability to make sure that you have what you are looking for and they said they are unbeatable and will match any price so make sure you make them Hold up their end of the bargain and slogan. I'm not answering for Best Buy but I do know that retail stores place an emphasis on customers who have taken their time to visit the store. They will make the person on the phone wait in lieu of waiting on a customer standing there in front of them and honestly I would prefer that it be handled that way. I would be angry if I was the one waiting for a sales person to help me but instead helping me they are on the phone.

Yes. Just pull up and there will be someone out there to greet you. Let them know you want to return and they will direct you where to park.

I don't work at Best Buy but I would suggest that you reach out to their corporate end and ask them. See if they can help you and if they can't they can point you in the right direction good luck
