I am sorry you had a bad experience. It may have been one bad apple. I have been happy with the advice I have gotten but advice for the most part is a single person's opinion. Always better to read online reviews than relying on advice. They have a very liberal return policy for computers. If you are not satisfied you can bring it back within 14 days without penalty (no restocking fees). Goox Luck with your purchase
what is your question? If it is about customer service I will tell you that I have never had an issue at Best buy. They have always gone to every length to answer any questions and recommend products that fit my needs. Whether it is computer or electronic they do a fantastic job.
