SN stands for Special Needs. ADA room. Building A & B face the inlet and are not overlooking the ocean.
Phase 2 is the south buildings on property. The only issue is the phase 2 has units not ocean front. They front a smaller inlet, which also blocks the beautiful sunsets! Everything else the same as far as the unit.
