Hi there, Thanks for asking. The cavern trail may be challenging for guests with mobility concerns. The round trip to the waterfall is just under one mile on a paved trail. Some areas of the trail can be a little slippery and there are a handful of stairs. Members of your party who decide not to take the tour are welcome to relax at Ruby Falls in comfortable chairs on the front porch of the Ruby Falls Castle or at the Cavern Cafe. Safe travels, The Ruby Falls Team

It's over an hour long, narrow passages, little to hold onto. Some wet and slick spots. I would not recommend it for someone who has a hard time walking.

I wouldn't recommend it. It's a long walk, very uneven and slippy at some parts and when you have to pass another group it can be quite tight in spots

There is a bunch of uneven ground and some spots that are wet because of the water dripping from above. No wheelchairs or anything like that can fit down there, and it's like a mile or so in so I wouldn't try it.
